I’m loving all of the bright neon colors popping up this season and I had so much fun shooting them this week, as you can see by some of these behind the scenes shots. So many people are telling me they’re loving this trend the way I style it, but think they could NEVER pull it off, but I beg to differ.
STYLIST TIP: Want to pull off this trend?
-Start by incorporating just one pop of neon through your accessories like this bag or bracelet, or subtly like with these shoes or bag.
-If you want to get a bit more daring, try color blocking with two different bright colors on top and bottom in the same brightness, like this top paired with this pant.
-Afraid a neon top or bottom is too bright on you? Then balance it with a neutral like a camel or cream color, or with a patterned top that has that color in the pattern like this top paired with neon pink shorts.
-Still petrified? Try it in baby steps with my favorite new lip color in a punchy neon. It will be your gateway drug to more color in your life.
