I apologize for my lack of style candy lately, but I didn’t want to leave you hanging. I recently styled a shoot for etc.. modern-vintage jewelry at my own apartment (pics to come soon!), which got turned upside for the shoot and turned into a photo studio.

In the midst of putting everything back together, joining my new favorite way of wasting time: Pinterest, and being away so much lately, I realized how much I love home.

I’ve turned my rental apartment that was once what I love to call “70’s Chalet Chic” due to the previous owner’s love for crazy wooden everything from sculptural walls to cabinets, into an eclectic mix of flea market finds and crafty touches, mixed with a bit of modern flair.

Kind of like my own style—with a lot more color!
