The Teich family (minus me) circa 1970’s
The members of the Teich family have been known to have good style genes…but now I’m speechless.
I came across this brilliant photo while staying with my sister in Boston for a couple of weeks for what was supposed to be 1 editorial photoshoot, and turned into 3 additional shoots, so I’ve been digging up some of her old photos for Vintage Andi Fridays.
Being the baby of the family, I missed out during this era of fashion, but this photo apparently lives on.
I’m not sure what’s more brilliant:
-That my father was taking my sisters to “the kid’s disco” in these outfits
-My father’s seemingly floating head
-…and his sweet 70’s ‘stache
-My middle sister (on the right) was NOT auditioning for “Little House on The Prairie”
-My eldest sister (on the left) is wearing socks with numbered dates on them
-That same sister is a super successful fashion stylist
-…and allowed me to post this image
-That these are three of the most stylish people I know.
Hey, everyone has had a fashion faux pas at one point. The best you can do is laugh at them and keep on looking stylin’.
