I escaped the big city (NYC) for another big city (Philadelphia) this past weekend. The 80 degree (March!!) weather in Philly was ideal for strolling through the sights, parks and shops. I felt like I was home in Brooklyn shopping on 3rd Street at some great boutiques—on recommendation from Kim of Eat Sleep Wear—including my new favorites like Vagabond, Art in The Mechanical Age of Reproduction, and Host, where I picked up this delightful blood orange scented candle.
I admit, I felt a little out of place wearing bright colors and overdressed for just about any activity here—especially going to The Nerdist Podcast taping at the Trocadero with comedians Chris Hardwick, Jonah Ray and Matt Mira, along with 800 self proclaimed nerds.
Even the swankiest spots for the Friday night crowd, like El Vez, were a bit more laid back than what I was used to, but I always say, it’s better to be over dressed than underdressed.

LOVE both the ensemble and the wavy curls!
Nice shoe shot!
You look amazing! You seriously rock that neon! And whatever you did to your hair, I’m digging it.
One of you loveliest outfits!!!
