While creative director Deborah Lloyd didn’t reinvent the wheel for Kate Spade‘s fall 2014 collection, her recent trip to Asia was a fun inspiration to the usual feminine and preppy line. We saw the usual color palette of primaries and pinks ranging from neon to pastel, along with gold and black. Standout pieces were what the brand earned their popularity from, handbags, which included a realistic-looking birdcage bag complete with bird, a fan style clutch, and Chinese takeout purse, that is sure to be coveted by many.
