When you think of dressing for fall, you tend to think in darker tones than in the spring/summer months. I say, why not bring in some of that color this season?

A photographer that I worked with recently dressed in head to toe yellow on the rainiest, coldest day we have had so far this transitional season. You know what? It brightened everyone’s day in our windowless studio. We forgot about the rain.

I got these fun bright red pants from ASOS for just $36! So no excuses. You too can bring back color and brighten someone’s day—guaranteed.

STYLIST TIP: DON’T BE AFRAID TO MIX UNEXPECTED COLORS TOGETHER. RED AND PURPLE ARE QUITE AN EYE CATCHING PAIR. SHADES OF PINKS AND ORANGES ARE CHARMING TOGETHER. TRY THIS AT HOME (AND FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AT [email protected] FOR FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS).
