While most of NYC was participating in tomfoolery and shenanigans this St. Patricks day, I had a fairly tame one with a low-key visit with friends. Getting over the flu made it even tamer and also made me choose comfort before style, with key classic pieces like my go-to leather jacket, cotton maxi dress, wayfarers and slip-on chucks. This only happens once in a blue moon—green moon, in this case. I did, however, get in the Irish spirit with the new neon green watchband bracelets by etc… modern vintage jewelry (which happen to be also green in the sense that they are made from vintage pieces).
