I recently found this photo of my mother from nearly thirty years ago and was shocked how this looks like it could have been from today—well, despite the grainy 35mm film quality. With graphic floral prints from designers like perennial favorite Proenza Schouler, new-comer Creatures of the Wind and even J.Crew on the runways for this spring, I could see this look any fashionista. Of course the long locks and legs can’t hurt.
