It’s funny how in my post the other day I talked about Hawaiian and tropical prints being in style this season, and not just for your vacation…and then I found this picture of my mother from possibly over 30 years ago.
STYLIST TIP: While I talk about trends, it’s important to not be a slave to them. Rather, incorporate ones that work for you and create timeless looks like the way that if I didn’t tell you, you may think this picture was from this decade.
I personally don’t see myself rocking the sporty and new midriff bairing trends this season, but that may be something you can be more adventurous with. Then again, I may have looked at this picture a decade ago and said, no way am I wearing that.
