Last week I was fortunate enough to style for two of my favorite stores that happen to both start with the letter “T”: TJ Maxx and Target. While I can’t show you the fun stuff coming out this spring just yet, you can see the exciting (and not always so glamorous) behind the scenes of styling for these brands…
1 – I spent the beginning of last week at the TJ Maxx home offices in Framingham, Massachusetts styling out looks for a PR event coming up in NYC this week.
2 – This was my ride for a few days, which not only got great mileage, but got me hooked on Sirius XM radio—which made commuting in hours of rush hour traffic more bearable for this city girl.
3 – You’d be surprised how much you can get for your money at TJMaxx. I would leave the store with over-stuffed bags of designer goodies and it usually came to less than $500!
4 – I spent the latter half of the week at the Target offices and studio in NYC. I loved this painting hanging there!
5 – #StylistProblems (Luckily I keep a magnetic dish/wand from the Manhattan Wardrobe Supply in my styling kit just to pick up t-pin accidents like this).
6 – Somehow I was gifted this orange branded with cloves at the photo studio. It was a nice air freshener I guess.
7 – Happy Chanukah! I celebrated with friends and my homemade lemon-zest star-shaped cookies. Hope your holiday is just as sweet!
