To some of you, these weird plastic things may look like they’re from the “future” and to others, you may recall the days that we got our picture taken and took these home as souvenirs. Clearly my parents loved that idea—especially at swanky hotels like the former Catskills resort, The Concord Hotel—as I came across a bunch of them back at home on Long Island recently.
Okay, can we just talk about how chic my parents were back in the day? I mean, hello, my mother was ahead of her time wearing a now trendy PEPLUM dress and pointy metallic shoes that are eerily similar to the Louboutin’s I recently purchased from the sample sale.
I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Now I am ready to do my breakfast, once having my breakfast coming yet again to read additional news.
