Transitional Spring Pieces

Is it just me or do you tend to get cold even when it’s 70 degrees out? I’m always cold (except when I was pregnant or breastfeeding!) so I tend to want to wear transitional spring pieces when Josh is dressed like we’re going to the beach as soon as it gets warm out.

I partnered with Banana Republic this season to try some of their transitional spring pieces this season. I opted for this effortless and lightweight boyfriend sweater that is SO good that I may have to get it in every color, including this on trend lavender sweater. They’re also on major sale right now (mine is only $39.99!) and a great piece to wear now, on those chilly summer nights, and even into fall. I plan on bringing it for my trip to Ireland this summer when it gets chilly at night or even paired with a high waisted short for summer nights in NYC.

These snakeskin slides were pretty irresistible (also on sale!). Snakeskin is a neutral in my book, so it goes with everything. If they’re too wild—no pun intended—for you, then they have the slides in black as well.

A lot of you commented on my white jeans on Instagram, so I found a similar pair at Banana Republic right now and they’re SO good (and under $100!). I’ve been living in white jeans this spring so far and plan on wearing them all summer.

What are your favorite transitional items for spring?
